El Paso Tortilla started business in 2004. However, we have been in the tortilla business since 1975. We originally started making tortillas in Juarez, Mexico. Throughout the years we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge on the making of corn and flour tortillas. Most of our family is still in involved in the tortilla industry. As a result we have been able to determine which tortilla machines will work best for a specific purpose and provide a greater value. One thing we have definitely learned in this business is that the maintenance cost is key to the success of a tortillera. That is why we will only recommend tortilla equipment that requires minimal maintenance and that is cost effective. We specialize in the sale of corn and flower tortilla equipment. We also design and build location specific tortilla belt coolers at a reasonable cost. We have helped several supermarkets and restaurants get started in the tortilla business. El Paso Tortilla empieza su negocio en el año 2004. Aunque hemos estado en el negocio de la tortilla desde el año1975. Originalmente empezamos a elaborar tortillas en Cd. Juarez Chihuahua Mexico. Al pasar de los años hemos obtenido mucha experiencia en la elaboracion de tortillas. La mayoria de nuestra familia todavia trabaja en la industria de la tortilla. Como resultado hemos podido determinar que maquinas tortilladoras funciona mejor, segun la necesidad. Una cosa que hemos aprendido en esta industria es que el costo de mantenimiento es una pieza clave para determinar el exito de una tortilleria. Por este motivo solamente recomendamos maquinas tortilladoras que requiere minimo mantenimiento y que tiene mayor rendimiento. Nosotros hemos ayudado a varios supermercados y a restaurantes a iniciar sus propias tortillerias. Ya sea que su necesidad sea a escala menor oh mayor, nosotros le podemos ayudar.
